Renovation of Audubon Golf Course

Project consists of: The Audubon Golf Course will be renovated to include all new greens, tees and irrigation. The course will receive two new water features, one at hole two and another hole twelve. All of the cart paths will be replaced with concrete or asphalt. The base bid will include USGA Greens. A short course, short game and driving range will be added to the course. All other improvements are listed within the Bid Documents.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 pm on October 4th 2022. This conference will take place via zoom. The zoom address will be issued via email to all contractors that request drawings via Alan Barner. All parties interested in bidding on this project are hereby invited and urged to attend this meeting. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will count against said “good faith effort” as required by the M/WBE program
