This project proposes the complete replacement of the current asphalt pathway (approximately 360 linear feet) with a new, ADA-compliant concrete sidewalk along the south side of the Municipal Tennis Courts. The scope of this project includes the demolition and removal of the existing asphalt, the preparation of a new sub-base, and the installation of a smooth, slip-resistant concrete sidewalk that meets all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. This will involve ensuring appropriate width, grading, and the inclusion of curb cuts at all necessary access points.

infill of existing pits, placement of a 4" concrete slab, installation of new playground equipment and site furnishings, and poured-in-place rubber surfacing. Unit-price alternates include a water fountain replacement, new tabletops, and a park grill.

The building is designed to be self-supporting and stable after it is fully completed. It is solely the contractor's responsibility to determine erection procedure and sequence and to ensure the stability of the buildings and their component parts during construction. This includes the addition of whatever shoring, sheeting, temporary bracing, guys, or tie downs which may be necessary.

Demolition and renovation of existing interior space, approximately 8,149SF on the 7th and 11,213SF on the 10th floor of the 920 Madison building. Renovations include new paint, flooring, partitions, ceiling tile, light fixtures and some mechanical and fire protection adjustment.

Project consists of: Renovations of the existing Bellevue Tennis Center including upgrades and modifications represented in the construction drawings and summarized below: • Parking Lot: repaving, restriping, adding dumpster enclosure. • Overall Site: minor repairs to rails, sidewalks. • Clubhouse: repair, new finishes, furniture, and fixtures, roof replacement. • Exterior Courts: new equipment and lighting. Add of a viewing area at east courts. • Interior Courts: new equipment and lighting, hvac repairs, minor roof repairs.

The contractor shall remove and dispose of all existing 3″×6″ wood decking across approximately 4,936 SF of boardwalk, while carefully protecting and retaining the underlying framing, posts, railings, concrete footings, bracing, light fixtures, benches, and surrounding trees.

The project is for the construction of a 2-bay hangar with a shell space for a future office attached to the south side. The hangar bays include large diameter fans, LED lighting and bifold doors. The site work will include the construction of an asphalt apron expansion with a trench drain, ADA concrete parking, and a gravel entrance drive.
