Public Projects

The project is for the construction of a 2-bay hangar with a shell space for a future office attached to the south side. The hangar bays include large diameter fans, LED lighting and bifold doors. The site work will include the construction of an asphalt apron expansion with a trench drain, ADA concrete parking, and a gravel entrance drive.

The project consists of the removal and replacement of modified bitumen roofing, coverboard, roof insulation, membrane flashing, counterflashing, leaderhead / downspouts, coping and sealants for Lake Cormorant Middle School Gym, which is approximately 11,500sf.

Construction of a new one-story 44,896 s.f. Community Center. The Community Center contains classrooms for early childhood education, gymnasium, Fitness Room, Locker/Restrooms, Administration, and an outdoor aquatic training facility.

The building work is to include mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations and other items of work as called for in the contract documents for a completed project.

Construction of a new synthetic turf Play Area including site preparation, drainage, base construction, turf installation, field markings, and ancillary features.

The Project includes the demolition of selective site elements, construction of new footbridges, new low water crossings, sitework, improvements to existing boardwalk and existing greenhouse, and other related work as shown in the plans and specifications.

Upgrades for security include exterior lighting replacement at various parking lot sites.

Sitework includes grading and installation of ADA concrete walkways and ADA parking spaces as outlined in the civil drawings.

Replace the existing roof on the aerator building, including the installation of a roof hatch and ladder to access the roof at the Allen Pumping Station located at 709 East Dison, Memphis, Tennessee 38119
