Property upgrades and modifications to the Beale Street Landing facility, including but not limited to the installation of a new debris baffle system within the Wolf River Harbor, walkway demolition, grading, landscaping, guardrail removal, fencing installation, and building envelope improvements.

Replacement of Elevator No. 97 at UTHSC, 930 Madison Avenue. “All” Work includes general mobilization, administration, demobilization, and other portions of the Work that are not otherwise assigned to a Phase.

Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and permits necessary to complete drainage improvements at Schilling farms Elementary School per the drawings and specifications.

The purpose of this project is to remove and replace sections of the existing boardwalk within Johnson Park in a manner that minimizes environmental disturbance, particularly to adjacent wetland areas.

1. Project Description This project consists of repairing, patching and overlaying the trail as well as the installation of additional drainage pipes and structures. Also included with this project is an alternative option which includes substituting concrete and a wooden boardwalk for a portion of the asphalt trail.

It is anticipated that there will be about 58 shelters with benches installed under this contract. Projections are for the installation of approximately 20 shelters with benches per year over a period of 5 years. The minimum number of shelter installations covered by this procurement is 40 and the maximum number is 100.

1. Replacing the roof of the Main Exhibit Space, Education and Event Space, and the Lorraine Motel and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

The Work to be performed under this specification document consists of the furnishing of all work including mobilization, supervision, personal protective training and equipment, confined space requirements, transportation, testing, materials, labor, tools, and equipment for; installation of new window screens must conform to NSF Standard 61. Work included in these specifications requires, familiarity with the operation of a municipal water treatment plant.

Install a water service line and water meter to the point of connection shown on the drawings; electric service line, conduit, pad, pad-mount transformer and meter-set to the point of connection shown on the drawings; conduit and telecommunications lines to the point of connection shown on the drawings; security entrance equipment inside the pre-engineered metal building at each door.
