Scope of work:
Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and permits necessary to:
1. Remove damaged areas and install new concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutter, and ADA curb ramps.
2. Fill new and existing expansion joints with backer and/or sealant.
3. The bidder shall be responsible for locating and protecting all utilities.
4. The bidder shall be responsible for cleaning, backfilling, final grading, and sod.
Scope:
Remove specified areas of damaged sidewalk and curbs. Replace with new sidewalks, curbs and gutter, and ADA curb ramps.
Approximately 762 square feet of sidewalks, 126 feet of 6”x6”x6” curb and gutter, and eight (8) ADA curb ramps.
Add Alternates:
Install one new 40’ long sidewalk with ADA curb ramp.
Install one new sidewalk 7’x30’.
Remove approximately 880 sq. ft. of concrete and replace it with sod.
Clean and fill approximately 3000’ feet of expansion joints.

Fill Wide Crack between sidewalk and curb—Approximately 80’ LF
