1. Remove existing 250-Ton Rotary Screw Air -Cooled Water Chiller and above grade chilled water piping as noted and detailed on the contract documents. 2. Furnish and install replacement 250-Ton Rotary Screw Air-Cooled Water Chiller as noted and detailed on the contract documents. 3. Furnish and install new above grade insulated chilled water piping, fittings, valves, components, controls and instrumentation, as noted and detailed on the contract documents. 4. This project proposes the complete replacement of the current asphalt pathway (approximately 360 linear feet) with a new, ADA-compliant concrete sidewalk along the south side of the Municipal Tennis Courts. The scope of this project includes the demolition and removal of the existing asphalt, the preparation of a new sub-base, and the installation of a smooth, slip-resistant concrete sidewalk that meets all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. This will involve ensuring appropriate width, grading, and the inclusion of curb cuts at all necessary access points.

The building is designed to be self-supporting and stable after it is fully completed. It is solely the contractor's responsibility to determine erection procedure and sequence and to ensure the stability of the buildings and their component parts during construction. This includes the addition of whatever shoring, sheeting, temporary bracing, guys, or tie downs which may be necessary.
