There will be a public opening of this bid not later than 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Tuesday, May 7, 2024, Purchasing Conference Room, Bartlett City Schools, Administration Offices, 5705 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38134. All bidders will meet in the lobby of Bartlett City Schools Administration Offices, 5705 Stage Road, Bartlett, Tennessee 38134 prior to 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Tuesday, May 7, 2024, and move to the Conference Room for the bid opening.

Pre-Bid Information:

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting beginning at 10:00 A.M., Central Time, Tuesday, April 23, 2024. All interested bidders will meet in front of Appling Middle, 3700 Appling Road, Bartlett, TN 38133 then proceed to Bon Lin Elementary and Bon Lin Middle.
