MSCS Vollentine ES Shade Canopy & Fall Surface

Scope of Work:

The SCBE requests bids for Vollentine ES Shade Canopy & Fall Surface. The specifications are contained in the Design Project Manual. Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Bids that do not meet or exceed all requirements will be considered non-responsive. The Vollentine ES Shade Canopy & Fall Surface scope of work includes, but not limited to, removing existing fall surface materials, disposing of all top and middle layers. Additional scope information is provided (See pages 13-14 for the detailed scope of services and link to access drawings/specifications).

Bid Information:

The Bid must be submitted no later than May 8, 2024 @ 12:00 PM CST.

Pre-Bid Information:

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for this project and the responders are required to sign-in at the stated date/time and location listed below.

Vollentine ES- 1682 Vollintine Ave. Memphis, TN 38107, on April 29, 2024 @ 12:00 PM CST.

Any site visits / walkthroughs must be coordinated between the Contractor and the School’s Building Engineer.
