KIPP Floor Abatement

Scope of Work:

This project calls for the abatement of 9”x 9” flooring and cove base in the cafeteria at 230 Henry Ave. Scope of Work below to include the following. The removal and disposal of all existing floor tiles, and replaced with VCT or LVT, or equivalent tiles. Removal of furniture, equipment and storage will be done by the contractor with the owner's approval. The abatement for this project shall meet all applicable laws and regulations associated with this project. Any and all code requirements will be followed to meet the requirements of this project.

Scope:

1. Flooring
a. Remove and discard existing 9”x 9” floor tiles and cove base.
b. Install new VCT or LVT or equivalent flooring, and 6” black cove base.
c. Clean and wax new flooring to meet customer approval.

Alternate: Please provide a separate price to replace the flooring in the Multipurpose room with new VCT or LVT or equivalent

Bid Information:

The Bid must be submitted no later than May 20, 2024 @12:00 PM CST.

Pre-Bid Information:

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project. Any vendors wanting to bid on this project must attend this meeting, no exceptions. All respondents are required to sign-in at the stated date, time and location listed below. The Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the following location, KIPP Memphis Henry Campus. See below for address, date and time of the Pre-Bid meeting.
