Asphalt Paving Project- Appling Middle, Bartlett Elementary, and Rivercrest Elementary

1) Cold mill existing asphalt to the depth of two (2) inches below existing asphalt pavement grade and haul excavated material off site. 2) Tack area with CSS-1H tack coat to prepare for asphalt. 3) Re-stripe as per existing layout. 4) Leave area in a neat and orderly condition.
