UTHSC Campus Fencing
1. coordinate all demolition and construction work with campus authority. 2. verify existing conditions on site and locate all utilities via campus authority and mlgw prior to the commencement of any demolition or construction work. 3. notify campus authority and architect of discovered discrepancies/conflicts between construction documents and actual observed existing conditions prior to the commencement of work. 4. protect existing landscaping as much as feasible via hand excavation. 5. exact banner post locations to be verified on site by architect at the time of installation for visibility and siteline purposes. 6. demolition of existing chain link fencing to include removal of existing fence posts and footings, typical. 7. removal of bollards and cable to include grinding posts smooth and level with surrounding grade.
