All Proposals Must Be Received For Review And Evaluation No Later Than October 24th @ 2PM. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted. The date and time received will be recorded on each proposal. Proposals must be addressed and delivered to the address listed within this RFP packet.

Pre-Bid Information:

Contractors/proposers must attend a MANDATORY pre-bid on-site visit at Shadowlawn Park located at 4734 Shadowlawn Road, Bartlett, TN 38002 at 10 a.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025. This site visit is to familiarize the contractors/proposers of the site and conditions, address any questions, and provide any additional information. Failure to attend the on-site visit will result in the rejection of your proposal.
