STCC Maxine Smith Campus Chiller Replacement

1. Remove existing 250-Ton Rotary Screw Air -Cooled Water Chiller and above grade chilled water piping as noted and detailed on the contract documents. 2. Furnish and install replacement 250-Ton Rotary Screw Air-Cooled Water Chiller as noted and detailed on the contract documents. 3. Furnish and install new above grade insulated chilled water piping, fittings, valves, components, controls and instrumentation, as noted and detailed on the contract documents. 4. Remove and replace electrical power wiring and components for chiller replacement as noted on the contract documents.
