There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting beginning no later than 1:00 P.M., Central Time, Wednesday, May 13, 2020. All attendees will meet in front of Crosswind Elementary, 831 Shelton Road, Collierville, Tennessee 38017.
Collierville Schools will receive bids for an Entry Renovation at Crosswind Elementary, 831 Shelton Road, Collierville, Tennessee 38017. General Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Scope of Work and Drawings are contained in this bid. There will not be a public opening of this bid. Bids must be received via email to LTedford@colliervilleschools.org no later than no later than 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Wednesday, May 20, 2020. Please reference Entry Renovation at Crosswind Elementary BID FY#20019 in the subject line of the email. Bids will be opened and a bid tab sheet will be emailed to all bidders.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
