Project consists of: includes interior modifications and a roof replacement. The interior modifications are to update the existing restrooms to meet ADA requirements, reconfigure the breakroom layout, and updating finishes. The roof replacement will be a full existing roof tear off. The new roof is to be a 60 mil TPO membrane system.
