Levee Road Roof Replacement

Remove 1 layer of existing roofing system down to the decking. · Inspect decking and repair all areas as needed. · Install insulated boards · Build valleys in low areas where ponding occurs sowater will flow towards roof top drains. · Install new 1 layer of 1/4" Dens deck. · Prep roof for installation of new 60 mil White TPO roof system. · Install new 2"X 3" clad metal drip edge around perimeter of roof. · Install new flashing around all pipes. · Install a new 60 mil TPO Membrane, fastened with seam plates and #15 screws in accordance with the manufacturer's written specifications. · Remove all debris caused by roof work and dispose at proper landfill.

Bids will be received by the Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) at its Purchasing offices, 40 S. Main Street, Suite 1200, Memphis, TN 38103, until 11:00 a.m. local time, on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, and opened and read aloud at that time.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 1370 Levee Road, Memphis, TN 38108. All parties interested in bidding on this project are hereby invited and urged to attend this meeting. A walkthrough will take place immediately after the pre-bid meeting. While this pre-bid is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that you attend.
