Sealed Bids, Bid Bonds, Qualifications and completely fill out Bid Envelopes will be accepted and must be received in MLGW's Contracts Management Office, 220 South Main Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38103 on or before 4:00 PM CDT/CST, Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 2:00 PM CDT/CST via Zoom.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled on July 30, 2025 at 9:00 AM CDT/CST at MLGW's McCord Pumping Station, 6230 Summer Avenue, Memphis, TN 38134. *Failure to attend the Mandatory Site Visit will deem you unqualified to bid on this project.
